Peter Tempelhoff of Cape Town-based restaurant, FYN spoke to us about being the recipient of the SWISS Culinary Innovation Award. Peter was awarded the Award in the 2020 JHP Gourmet Guide, and at the same time FYN was given a two-plate award for exceptional cuisine that demands a detour.
