Jay is a business owner at Thermodynamics, Director of Coaching for Enfield Soccer Association, and most importantly, a fantastic husband and father. Jay talks about his journey into fatherhood at a very young age and the challenges and joys that came from it. We also get into his role in the ESA and how he uses his skills as a father and transfers them to the pitch.
