Khail is a Perth-based tattoo artist. Khail’s style is influenced by Japanese art, graffiti culture, realist portraiture, hand lettering, vigilante characters, and anti-establishment culture. Khail grew up in Rockingham both his parents are artists so he was subconsciously influenced by art at a young age. Going to school Khail drew on books, his friends, and their clothing or shoes. Khail has been represented at many national tattoo conventions and won an array of awards at tattoos including best realism tattoo, tattoo of the day, best black and grey, and best color but I feel like awards don’t begin to represent Khail’s talent.
