Tomorrow marks the 46 th anniversary of the
June 16 uprising when Soweto students protested against
the use of Afrikaans as a medium of instruction in
schools.
In November last year, Asanda Luwaca was appointed as
the new chairperson of the National Youth Development
Agency to head a board of seven members. The new
board is expected to carry out the country's effort to
empower young people through skills, employment, work
