This Week on the Podcast I have none other than the amazing Amy Acker. Amy is a Psychotherapist, Integrative Life Coach, Published Author & Poet. 

Amy has been a client of mine for over a year and it’s been such a joy to be on the journey with her. She is a beautiful and intelligent woman (in fact she is really a bonafide intellectual) who holds so much wisdom.

In this interview Amy talks about: Her experience being in a deep freeze during the beginning of this work while also being VERY high-functioning. Her journey of growing her nervous system capacity & some of the resistance that showed up along the way. The difference between understanding the nervous system on a mental and intellectual level vs connecting to your own nervous system and where it is in its own process.
