Post-graduate studies is a common topic for discussion and stepping stone for students in university. Furthermore, there are a handful of jobs that require you to hold at least a Master's degree to even be considered. For this week's episode, we've invited Suyesha to speak about her experience as a graduate student at the University of Oxford. Suyesha is a graduate student at the University of Oxford, reading the MSc in Modern South Asian Studies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in History and Modern European Studies. During her undergraduate studies, she was a teaching assistant, research assistant, and student politician. At Oxford, she presides over the Oxford South Asian Society, whilst continuing to promote student rights and welfare on campus.
