She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and has been a trailblazer during her five-year tenure working for Collins Aerospace.

We talk about her journey to becoming an aerospace engineer, what she does day-to-day as a rocket scientist, and the initiatives she is leading in her space to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion.
