This is the first episode of "Tea with the Head", a podcast devoted to conversations with headmasters of well-known, British boarding schools.

"Tea with the Head" is the brainchild of Ferdinand Steinbeis, MD of educational consultancy von Bülow Education (www.buloweducation.com) in Oxford, England. 

In this episode Ferdinand interviews Andrew Rattue, Headmaster of top IB-boarding school St Clare's in Oxford. Andrew explains why and how St Clare's is unique amongst British boarding schools and gives a vivid account of what happened at St Clare's during  the three weeks since the outbreak of the corona virus pandemic.
