In this episode we catch up with Scottish-born, Japan-based, sake brewer: Andrew Russell.

It seemed only fitting that Andrew be the first guest on the TWTT Podcast as he was the guest for the very first session of the TWTT Project, back in April 2020, alongside Miho Imada, (Imada Shuzo - Hiroshima). 

Entering his 7th season as a sake brewer, and after working the past 3 years at Imada Shuzo, Andrew recently started his new venture at Kenbishi in Hyogo Prefecture.
