From formal programs, to building networks, and providing access to inspirational leaders, WTS invests in the careers of women and men in the transportation industry. 

Anita has had the benefit of being mentored by some of the most accomplished women in Arizona's transportation industry; Jennifer Toth, Audra Koester Thomas, and Jenny Bixby to name just a few. She shares how formal programs, informal interactions, and observing the careers of these, and other, inspirational women have impacted her career.
