Kathleen Hearod is a CMC, Conscious Mind Coach, and author whose primary focus is helping individuals develop their conscious awareness levels. Her desire is to master conversations around taboo topics and setting higher expectations. After successfully publishing two books, appearing on WXIX Fox News, being a guest on both domestic podcasts like Women Unmasked and international podcasts such as Wounds to Scars, Kathleen continues to reach her goals of becoming a brand families trust to restore the family leadership role.

Kathleen began to study, track, and monitor the results of behaviors associated with those of African American descent as a result of slavery residual effects. Her passion quickly grew into a desire to become an expert in the field of communicating how to create expectations, set boundaries and values to decrease poverty, expose the pipeline to prison and crush the fatherless family model by restoring the family structure.
