Brian Kaplan, the Senior Director of Athlete Development at Dunkmama Media was interviewed. Brad also worked for the Oakland Raiders Football team for 12 years. In the episode, we talked about how Brad got into the sports industry. His goal was to be an NFL scout which is what he achieved, he scouted college players with the Raider for many years!

Brad explains his process from being an intern to being a director and also what the job brought to him.
