In this episode, I talk with Bron Launsby, who is the CEO and Founder of Slick City Action Park. Bron shares his story about how he left the corporate world in retail to become a franchisee in a trampoline park concept. He did a lot of research and left the Discovery Day and purchased three locations in 2011 and 2012. He scaled that business to have nine locations. Later, he developed Slick City Action Park in early 2021. At the time of this recording, they have four parks open and have seven more locations that they are opening this year. They started franchising in early 2024. Bron shares his story about how they got started, why they're growing so quickly, how they layout their parks, and the excitement that is building with their brand.
