Cassandra graduated from Shelby County High School, studied Psychology at Kentucky State University, and studied Counseling/Marriage and Family at Campbellsville University. She is a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Therapist at Creative Spirits Behavioral Health. Cassandra is an advocate for racial reconciliation and played a major role in the Prayer March for Justice in June of 2020. Cassandra and her Husband, Kilen Gray (former Pastor at Mt. Zion Baptist Church), seek to promote justice and equality in all of their work and ministry.
