Matthias represents the Austrian Ministry for Education, Science and Research, and acts as the Vice Chair of the General Assembly of CESSDA. He works in the department for Social Sciences and Humanities and focuses on creating optimal conditions for researchers in Austria, particularly regarding research infrastructures that support the whole Austrian research area.
