Cierra Fischer has always had a passion for helping people and has wanted to make a massive impact in the world. She grew up playing sports and was fortunate enough to be in multiple leadership roles. There she learned how having the right mentor and coach could really change and impact someone's life. She fell in love with the idea of being able to one day be that coach and mentors to others.

Cierra has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a burning desire to help people see their own greatness. After transitioning out of the fitness industry and into the financial, she found she was able to help people on a much larger scale.

Cierra Fischer runs a financial brokerage where she is able to offer her clients a holistic and educational approach to finances as well as find the best rates through the plethora of companies she has access to.  Through her brokerage, she is also able to train other aspiring entrepreneurs in business and help them too discover their greatness and reach massive success. Building and developing others is her true passion.
