Dan offers deep insight from his role as an Executive Pastor of 12Stone Church, and his many years in various leadership positions. He tells his story and talks about how we can become leaders and continue serving as leaders. The confidence that is needed too often becomes a roller coaster. Rather than basing confidence on things that are internal, leaders frequently shift confidence based on circumstances. Dan believes just because a leader doesn’t know what to do at a particular moment, that does not mean the leader doesn’t know what he is doing. Leaders can guide others with confidence even during these difficult times.
