In 1997 Josephine was introduced to network marketing. At her first company event, she met her husband Chris Gross, then CEO of MLM Publishing, Inc. In 1998, Josephine started working as managing editor and circulation manager for several network marketing publications. In 2001 she and Chris founded Networking Times and in 2003 they launched Networking University.

From 2001 till 2006 Josephine was a full-time middle and high school teacher for one of the top private schools in the US, while helping Chris launch Gabriel Media Group on weekends.

Josephine followed John David Mann as editor in chief of Networking Times in 2006, while John stayed on as consulting editor. In 2013 Josephine became the chair of the ANMP Committee for International Affairs. Josephine is a sought-after speaker at international network marketing training and company events speaking on such topics as: The Rising Economic Power of Women, Top Achiever Success Principles, The Feminine Side of Leadership, The Global Impact of Network Marketing and Sacred Commerce and Life Purpose.
