Dr. Paul has almost 40 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Dr. Paul earned both undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Maryland. After a Surgery residency at Manhattan's Mount Sinai Medical Center, he completed additional General and Plastic Surgery residencies at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also currently serves as clinical professor of Surgery at the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Institute at the University of California, Irvine.
