Duncan heads up Gazeal Limited, a company leading the way on reservation agreements.  Duncan reminds us that around 33% (Yes!  33%!) of conveyancing transactions fall through before exchange.  It is this frightening statistic which made Duncan think that there must be a better way for sellers and buyers to have certainty and peace of mind and this led him to develop the Gazeal reservation agreement.
We discuss the benefit of the agreement for conveyancers and their clients and along the way chat about how Duncan went from litigating in Cambridge to running a prop tech company and his views on the state of the conveyancing market.
