In this episode, Nathan, Brad and Joshua interview Evie Parvin and Robin Meeks on their experience as college students working at Baba Java. Evie gives us insight on working with family and being a coffee professional while not enjoying the drink herself. Robin shares what brought her to Birmingham and how she has grown to love coffee through BJC.

"Everyone that works is great. I have fun with all of them. It's so fun to get to know them. Like during slower periods where you don't really have any shift work to do, we can just kind of talk and hangout and it's a good time. I love it."

Nathan is the president and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his son, Joshua Parvin in 2018. Nathan serves as the big-picture visionary that pioneers strategic growth in all internal and external Baba Java endevours.

Brad is the Vice President of Operations and long-time close friend to Nathan. Brad inspired the business concept at the very heart of Baba Java and continues to instill their values in day-to-day operations. Without Brad, Baba Java would not exist as it is today.

Joshua Parvin is the Baba Java International Lead and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his dad, Nathan Parvin. Josh serves as both a big visionary and day-to-day manager at Baba Java Coffee.

Evie, Nathan's daughter, has been apart of Baba Java's foundation. She has worked as a barista and reliable coworker since 2019 when the cafe opened. 

Robin has been apart of our team for 8 months as a barista and friend. We appreciate the way she methodical brews and intentionally serves.
