Faye Cahill is one of the leading creative forces in the international cake industry (although she'd never admit to it). She's one of the premiere cake makers in Australia and these days she still runs her cake studio while teaching all over the globe. She's also a Mom, works in her business with her family, and has recently expanded her business to include lustre dusts and stencils. Faye is one of the kindest cake makers I've ever met and it was a pleasure to sit down and chat to her about her career and where she sees the industry headed.
