Our guest is Artemis Joukowsky III - a filmmaker, author, social impact investor, disabilities activist, and the co-founder (with Larry Rothstein) of No Limits Media. He's best known for his work on the documentary film, Defying the Nazis - featuring his family members who saved hundreds of endangered Jews and refugees escape from Nazi camps. He was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type III at the age of 14, a pivotal time in his life as he made the choice then to outlive the disease and to inspire others to treat their own disabilities like a gift. He's also a member of the United States Table Tennis Paralympic team.
