Flóra Polákovits is a business analyst and the founder of IDSA.
She has a BA degree from Economics, Sociology, and International Relations. She also obtains a Master from Finance. Throughout her university years, she established IDSA, where she collected many experiences that contributed to her success at the workplace.
In the second episode of the second season, we have talked about her career path from the IDSA to the field of business. She expressed her opinion about how IDSA has changed her life and helped her to gain enough protentional for the future. We have also touched upon her recent job and her experiences about the must-have skills in the labour market.
