From Ep 155: A brewery of the people and for the people

When five friends got together to open a microbrewery, they wanted to build something hyperlocal and focus on having fun experimenting with beer recipes. Perodam is a microbrasserie solidaire (solidary microbrewery) that gives back to the community that supports it. The lucky folks in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot can even get beers named after them! In this interview, brewer and co-owner Francis talks about his experience in the craft beer world and how it all influenced Perodam.
