Join me for an interview with Frank Sanfilippo, a friend, fellow spiritual seeker, and one of the most peaceful, kind, gentle souls I have ever me, who who embodies the concept of a bodhisattva (he would probably not want me to say that). A kindred soul who is giving back to the world through supporting others in therapeutic and quiet ways.
Frank Sanfilippo has been involved in the Shambhala Lineage of meditation since the early 1990's. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who integrates the teachings of Shambhala with his therapy practice. He enjoys playing the drums and loves playing music with friends. Sharing and connecting to others so that they see themselves as an important part of this world is what he values most. He believes that any social system that creates winners and losers is what makes us feel disconnected from each other, and is simply a bump on the road of our evolutionary process.
