Genecia Alluora Luo co-founded Soul Rich Woman, a platform that aims to empower and connect women entrepreneurs in Asia. Genecia is a former Miss Singapore-International 2006 who is now a business coach and maven.Soul Rich Woman employs a holistic business model designed to help and empower women – whether an aspiring entrepreneur or someone who already runs a business – to correctly put the right processes into place to get their business going and connect them to one another through its experience-rich community. What first started as a mission aimed to help Singaporean women entrepreneurs has now expanded to a few other Asian countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan and Myanmar. This is anchored on the goal to demystify the notion that projects Asian woman as someone who has a laid-back and submissive role in the society and shed light to the fact that every woman is capable of breaking through glass ceilings and living a life of freedom, happiness and health based on their own choices.In the show Genecia shares her humble beginnings when she first started as a young entrepreneur, her journey towards becoming the business maven and thought leader that she is today, and share the business model and design employed in Soul Rich Woman to equip women entrepreneurs in Asia with the right support, tools and knowledge to run their own business and be the best version of themselves; allowing them to work less, earn more and live more.
