CROSS RIVER STATE MINISTRY OF FINANCE

The State Ministry of Finance is one of the principal organs of the State Government, the mainline power house saddle with the responsibility of assisting the State Governor in managing the State Government’s financial resources, citizens welfare,and investments.

Commissioner of finance, is the Chief Executive Officer trusted, assessed and appointed by the Governor to head the Ministry of Finance.

The Hon Commissioner is assisted by The Permanent Secretary, Senior Accountant, Chairman of Internal Revenue service and a host  of seasoned Directors for effective and efficient financial service delivery to the state.

Former Commissioner for Education, also Water Resources and Chairman Local Government.

The Commissioner also acts as the Chief Adviser to the Governor on all financial matters of state.
