NFL Draft 2018 - Allen Lazard

Iowa State WR Allen Lazard took time out of his preparation for the 2018 NFL Draft to talk with Connor Livesay.

A great interview. Let's get one thing straight up front. Allen Lazard is an "athlete." From a wee one, this guy has trained across the spectrum working on basic movement skills. Athletic, talented, intelligent and savvy are all superlatives in play when describing this young man.

Recruited at Iowa State as a safety the young man's skill set saw him moved to the other side of the ball where his physicality allowed him to dominate. A big, strong, physical WR Lazard's skills have to have NFL scouts salivating.

Allen is coming off his Reese's Senior Bowl experience where he got to work with NFL coaches and schemes while practicing against some of the best players in the country. He enjoyed and excelled and is forthcoming in sharing the details of his time there.

The interplay detailed in regards to working with the different QB's at the Senior Bowl was choice but they don't stop there. Connor and Allen walk through his career, NFL Draft preparation, and expectations.
