I visited James “Tip” Tipton at his home in Panama City, FL where we recorded this interview. Tip shares pieces of his story with me. James Tipton was medically retired after 23 years of honorable service in the United States Air Force. He was deployed 13 times during our country’s fight against terrorism. This conversation is filled with revelations concerning life, leadership, battling PTSD, discovering purpose, and some of the pros and cons of becoming a paraplegic.
