In this episode, I talk with Jay Shah, who is the founder and CEO of Marigold Academy with his wife Kruti. They founded the Marigold Academy in 2023. Jay shares his story about how he got into early childhood education and why he and his wife decided to open a school and eventually start franchising. Jay holds an Electrical & Computer Engineering degree from Wayne State University and MBA from Michigan State University. He spent the first 15 years of his career in corporate America in various capacities within Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance & Accounting related positions. He and his wife have been part of the early education and childcare industry since 2019.

Jay is a huge advocate of high-quality early education for children in all communities to build a strong foundation for successful lives and careers. Jay is also very passionate about helping other professionals build a strong foundation and legacy for their families and communities. In his current role, Jay utilizes his leadership, experience, and vision to build a strong brand and associate with highly motivated individuals that want to make a difference in their communities while building a strong foundation and legacy for their own families.
