"I specialize in health and wellbeing through energy reading. I can share experiences from my own life and those of clients. I use techniques that include mindset and the mind/body connection.
I love to talk about all topics spiritual including the chakras, tarot, crystals, and oils. My mission is to help others access their inner power and wisdom. I integrate science-based techniques as well as sound healing / meditation, stretch and Reiki. I support clients through intuitive insights and increase their awareness of energetics.
Exploring mental perspective and emotions, I help other’s regain balance and experience a strong sense of wellbeing and flow. The result is a stronger energy field with increased radiance and joy.
I attended school for the Arts of Energetic Healing which focused on energy work through the chakras. I am a Reiki master and a certified mentor (through Heartmath Inc.) in building personal resilience. www.heartmath.org I am currently working towards a meditation certification with the Chopra Global School. In addition to my spiritual certifications, I have a JD from New York Law School and Bachelor of Science from NYU.
