We interviewed the great Jerry Kestenbaum the founder of Building Link, a 20 year young real estate tech software platform in use daily by over 6,000 luxury residential high-rise communities and 1.2 million apartments across 39 states and 12 countries. He transitioned in 2018 from the role of CEO, to head up the company's loT wireless smart-sensors and engineering initiative, which was spun off as " Aware Buildings" an independent company as of July 1, 2022.
