He started out as a Fire Fighter in Michigan and came to New York became a Resident Manager and is the Vice President of The Metropolitan Building Managers Club. Talk about a man with many hats. We were honored to have Joe be a guest on our show, we sure learned a lot from this great man. We even learned a little bit about Ice fishing!
