To hundreds of his customers, John is the butcher in the white coat behind the counter in Smyths Butchers in Portmarnock and Raheny who gives you your chicken, ham, steaks, and other items including your Christmas Turkey.

But John is also a business owner driving his business forward in tough uncertain times.
