JP Fabri is the current Managing Director of ARQ Group, a consulting firm in Malta. But his expertise includes working as an economist in the private cabinet of the Maltese government, as well as consulting economist to 9 different governments around the world, including the Western Cape government.

He is an extremely well respected international economist, and understands the intricacies of Blockchain economics. In this interview he talks about why Malta have been so quick to adopt blockchain technology, and how other governments can position themselves as pioneers in the industry by doing the same thing.
