By realtime analyzing website behaviour and characteristics of website visitors, the Hotelchamp technology creates unique customer journeys to make every hotel website visit 100% relevant in order to convince visitors making a direct booking. To determine what works best for every hotel, the team of conversion specialists executes a/b and multivariate tests.
