Susanna Katsman is passionate about supporting the development of emerging leaders, by guiding her clients to identify goals and achieve meaningful and sustainable changes in both mindset and behavior. 

She holds an Ed.M. in Human Development & Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is trained in Immunity to Change Facilitation and is Certified as a Talent Optimization Consultant by Predictive Index.  

In addition to her private practice, she supports clients through Minds at Work and MetaView, and teaches “Essential Management Skills for Emerging Leaders” at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education Professional Development Program
