The two coaches discuss Coach Reichert’s past experiences and what he’s learned from his previous coaching stops at Rutgers, Western Michigan, USMMA, and Stony Brook. They dive deep into Coach Reichert’s values, and how his patience, perseverance, and growth mentality have helped to strengthen his coaching philosophies and who he is today!
