Grief Coach I love that I get to support adults 50 and older who are in a NOW WHAT
space after experiencing the suicide loss of a loved one. They have
acknowledged and accepted
that the loss happened, but are ready to move forward to live meaningful and
impactful lives. As their coach, I guide them from pain to peace,
heartbreak to happiness and grief to gratitude.
Due to my son's August 2019 suicide death, I am a Survivor of suicide loss on a mission
to educate and inform our grief avoidance society that grief is a normal, natural, and
necessary response to loss hoping that one day we will get to a point of freely
talking about grief regardless of the type of loss.
I welcome the opportunity to share my grief story and how I manage to thrive in its aftermath in
hopes it will help someone who is or support someone on a similar journey.
I am an avid tea drinker who enjoys few things more than having a cup and a
chat with a friend, colleague, or someone I’ve just met.
