These early career teachers discuss their use of station teaching, flexible grouping, and the importance of teaching students clear expectations for small group work. Informed by the Science of Reading, Brittany and Justin have incorporated many new strategies this year including Elkonin boxes, word mapping, graphic organizers, and visual supports.
