In this episode, Mr. D and Mr. Mike interview a local film artist, Merrill Matthews. He is from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and is a huge fan of pop culture (especially the 90s!), He studied at Concordia University in their Film Studies program, and has been making short films since 2016. His short film “Included” which is about workplace inclusion, won the Honorable Mention award at the 2019 Canada Shorts Film Festival. His current film “The Love Letter” was selected as part of the London edition of the Lift Off Global Network Film Festival, as well as the 4Theatre Film Festival. He is also a husband and father.
