Stu and Lorraine really enjoyed this Conveyancing Matters with Mike Day of Integra Property Services.  We enjoyed a wide-ranging chat about the property industry.   Mike is an experienced and respected voice – and he shares some of his experiences of 45 years in the industry (he started when he was 3….!).

Mike has some very insightful things to say to conveyancers - he is one of the few people who acquired two firms of solicitors and turned them into licensed conveyancers.   

Mike has an interesting view on conveyancers and what they can do to try to take more market share and develop their businesses.  Mike helps firms with strategy and gives some advice to coal face conveyancers to help improve their processes right now.

We talked about conveyancing firms embracing IT and prop tech, the current state of the market and whether conveyancers should offer out of hours appointments. We also talk about property logbooks.

We did not cover nearly as many things as we wanted to with Mike, so we will certainly see him again and thank him for this really interesting chat!
