After spending 10 years in corporate training and development facilitating employee growth, communication and management skills – and taking several years away from her career to spend time raising her children – Michele returned to work and pursued a career in coaching.

Her practice Thrive365 helps women find their own power and self-belief – and explores how mindset can help overcome obstacles.

Michelle holds a Master’s in Social Work from NYU and a coaching certification from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
