He has being coaching families about changing the mind to change the world. Bridging the gap to greatness. A church minister on a mission to help schools parents and children dealing with critical non academic issues, families to overcome conflicts, professional orientation and leadership.  .He is a board member and trustees for the last 8 years in one the top 10 charter school in the country.

As a minister, he helps grow a congregation from 10 members to over 200. As a speaker, he possesses a unique quality to connect, bring trust, and inspire, leaving the audience empowered,  enabled and present to their own greatness.
