Julie Hawkins is the reigning Ms. Diamond Cheshire 2020. She has been involved in pageantry for over 5 years, winning both national and international titles. Julie adores the positive energy pageants can bring. One of her favorite aspects about pageants is the way contestants can come together to help good causes while having fun!
