On this episode of the Manufacturing Alliance Podcast, Christina Fuges of MoldMaking Technology and I travelled to Mexico for the first Meximold 2019 trade show. While there, we sat down with Natalia Ortega, Editor in Chief for Plastics Technology Mexico, and Christopher Day, General Sales Manager for the Latin America Region for StackTeck. We talked about how the industry is growing in Mexico due to innovation, automation, tooling up with technology, and bringing on skilled people. Mexico is embracing the culture of manufacturing and is becoming a global supplier hub for the plastic injection molding industry. Natalia and Chris have embraced the change and are adapting to the challenges that come along with it.
