Nicole had a traumatic first birth experience where she was admitted early due to her water breaking, put on Pitocin, and fled to an emergency cesarean where she was put under, hemorrhaged, and had to meet her son for the first time on FaceTime. When she got pregnant 6 months later she was so scared, and knew she needed additional support. She hired me as her doula and prenatal coach. Through the work she did in therapy and with me, she was able to DECIDE how she wanted to feel this time and keep that top of mind as things were thrown her way around 32 weeks into her pregnancy.
