In this episode, I had the honor of interviewing the Lead Pastor of Victory Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma Pastor Paul Daugherty.

Pastor Paul has 4 young children and is the lead pastor of a mega church. We discuss all things fatherhood, balancing family demands and church expectations, and lessons learned from fatherhood. It is a great conversation that will encourage all the busy dads out there and especially the pastor's kids as well. We both are sons of a pastor, and we discuss the reality of that and how that comes into play in how we pastor and father our own kids as well.
