In this week's conveyancing matters chat, Stu and Lorraine talk to the vibrant and interesting Peter Ambrose.  Peter is MD of a progressive conveyancing firm, The Partnership, and his background in IT and technology runs through everything that he does.

Peter talks to us in particular about being the first firm to submit a document to the land registry signed using a digital signature. To say that this is a hot topic is an understatement – the use of digital signatures could revolutionise the way that conveyancing work takes place in the coming years.
